(hereinafter referred to as the "Controller" or "Finders") with transparent and intelligible information on the nature, purpose and operation of the cookies and similar tracking technologies used on the Website, and on the related rights and choices of the User.
This Notice is a supplementary document to the Privacy Notice published by the Controller, and is to be construed jointly therewith. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Privacy Notice shall apply.
This Notice ensures compliance with the following legislation:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "GDPR");
Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (the "ePrivacy Directive");
Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications (the "Electronic Communications Act"), in particular Section 155(4) thereof;

A cookie is a small text file that the website visited by the User places on the User's device (computer, mobile phone, tablet) via the browser. Cookies enable the Website to recognise the User on subsequent visits and to collect information on the use of the Website.
A cookie is not in itself capable of directly establishing the User's identity, however, when combined with other data, it may be suitable for identifying the User, and the Controller therefore applies the rules governing the processing of personal data when using cookies.
In this Notice, the term "cookie" is also used as a collective term for similar tracking technologies (web beacons, pixel tags, local storage, session storage, fingerprinting techniques).
The cookies used on the Website may be categorised according to the following aspects:
Session cookies: automatically deleted upon closing the browser window.
Persistent cookies: remain on the User's device after the browser is closed, until the pre-defined lifespan expires or the User deletes them.
First-party cookies: cookies placed directly by the Controller.
Third-party cookies: cookies placed by a third party cooperating with the Controller or appearing on the Website (e.g. analytics provider, advertising network).
In line with the practice of the NAIH and the EDPB, the Controller categorises cookies into the following four categories:
| Category | Consent required? |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary cookies | NO (legal basis: legitimate interest / indispensable for the provision of the service) |
| Functional cookies | YES |
| Analytics / performance cookies | YES |
| Marketing / tracking cookies | YES |
Detailed information on each category is set out in section 4.
These cookies are indispensable for the basic operation of the Website (e.g. recording the choices made on the cookie banner, temporary storage of data entered on the contact form, security functions). The use of these cookies does not require consent, as they are based on legitimate interest pursuant to Section 155(4) of the Electronic Communications Act and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and are explicitly necessary for the provision of the service requested by the data subject.
| Provider | Purpose | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| First party | Storing the choice made on the cookie banner | 12 months |
| First party | Session identification | Session |
| First party | Security token for the contact form | Session |
These cookies serve the more convenient use of the Website (e.g. language settings, font size, remembering prior choices). Their use is subject to the User's consent.
| Provider | Purpose | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| First party | Storing the language selected by the User | 12 months |
By means of these cookies, the Controller collects statistical information on how Users use the Website (subpages visited, time spent, device and browser type, geographical region). The data thus obtained serves the development of the Website and the optimisation of its content.

Detailed information on the processing carried out by Google Analytics is available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
By means of these cookies, the Controller and its partners display personalised advertisements to the User on other platforms, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Consent may be given on a category-by-category, granular basis; the User is free to decide to consent to certain categories and not to others. The cookies in question shall not be activated on the User's device until consent has been given.
The cookie banner shall present the following choices with equal emphasis and visual weight:
"Accept all" — consent to all categories of cookies;
"Reject all" — placement of only strictly necessary cookies;
"Customise settings" — granular selection by category.
The "Reject all" and "Accept all" buttons shall be displayed on an equal footing, with identical visual treatment, in compliance with EDPB Guidelines 03/2022 (dark-pattern-free design).
Consent given may be withdrawn at any time via the "Change cookie settings" link placed in the footer of the Website, which reopens the detailed configuration interface of the cookie banner. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
The third-party providers listed in section 4 (Google, LinkedIn) may process data as independent controllers or as joint controllers in accordance with their own data processing terms. Where required by law, the Controller has concluded data processing or joint controller agreements with such providers (or has accepted the provider's standard terms).
The User may obtain information on the data processing practices of the providers concerned from the privacy notices referenced in section 4, and may exercise their rights directly vis-à-vis the relevant provider.
A part of the third-party providers listed in section 4 (Google LLC, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) may process data in part outside the European Economic Area — in particular in the United States of America. The legal basis for such transfers is the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795 (the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or, in its absence or as a supplement, the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Commission Implementing Decision 2021/914.
