Finderstory

Finderstory had began years before the launch in 2020, when the founder, Mátyás Bíró started drafting the concept of Finders by combining cross-industry experience with innovative methods of his own. He was working on a pragmatic approach, which is not industry specific and enables one to find really applicable and original solutions.

The initial service fields and the business plan were finalized in 2019, and despite Covid-19 Finders was eventually launched in 2020. The first assignment was a European sales project, which was completed 100% online. “We trusted in our method, and that we would be able to create value also in the current period of new global challenges.” After the first successful project, more HR assignments followed - delivered in record times. The satisfaction and positive feedback of customers underlined that Finders’ prompt reaction time, professionally fresh, market-oriented and solution-centric approach would meet real domestic and international demand. “Our vision grew out of these feedbacks: we aim to stand out from the traditional players of the consulting industry as a new type of solution provider with excellent efficiency and focus on positive customer experience.”

The pandemic created new type of challenges and marked a new era worldwide. As a matter of course, it also influenced the unfolding of Finderstory. “Our company was no exception in facing these challenges, but by tackling them successfully, we could become more efficient. It has enabled us for instance to launch our operations fully digitally with the added value of building our process design upon the latest 21st century technology. On macroeconomic level, it has laser focused the attention in numerous organizations to the need of prompt fixes and solutions that are needed now, immediately, because even yesterday was too late! A logical consequence was the expansion and assessment of suppliers. In an increasingly rapidly changing and digitalized environment made our mission and vision statement even more emphatic as in many cases innovative change management was brought into prominence. And to succeed, companies need the most efficient partners.
